It's the first time since a week i was able to run RSC and GTA IV, GFWL works too ingame but i can't sign in. Benchmark as proof!

Ok so I tried to reinstall xliveredist.msi again one final time and it made some xlive files in my system32 folder without GTA IV working. So tried to put only 'xlive.dll' into my GTAIV folder and got 'GTA IV FATAL ERROR: WS10' I then tried to put the 3x xlive files 'xlive.dll, xlive.dll.cat, xlivefnt.dll' in my GTAIV folder and rebooted the computer and now we are back to zero. Game wont start/RGSC wont start blah blah. So if there are anyone out there with the same problem.
